If an energy supply plan calls for a reliable and cost-effective supply of natural gas, we conduct a competitive Natural Gas Procurement. In this process, we help clients to determine the desired price, delivery point(s), and terms and conditions that are right for them. To reduce the risk of suppliers not performing, we pre-qualify suppliers. We also manage the request for proposal (RFP) process and negotiate contract terms with the supplier.

Equally important is Natural Gas Transportation - moving the gas reliably and cost-effectively to the end user. We negotiate with interstate pipelines and local distribution companies, and when it is appropriate, we assess the feasibility of a direct connection to the interstate pipeline. We also participate in rate regulation proceedings to ensure cost-effective transportation prices.
