Faribault Energy Park

Faribault Energy Park (FEP) is located in Faribault, Minnesota. FEP is being constructed in two phases, with a single GE-7FA combustion turbine in simple cycle and eventual conversion to combined cycle. Dahlen, Berg & Co. managed the planning and construction of the plant.

Electricity generated by the station is sold to the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, for use by its ten members throughout the state.

Capacity:   143 MW, simple cycle, 250 MW, combined cycle
