All short term and long term electricity transactions require ever increasing amounts of administration. Transmission must be arranged, NERC requirements (including tagging) must be met, and energy transactions must be accounted for between parties and control areas. We have established processes to cost effectively provide these energy related services. Trained personnel provide these services on systems which you do not have to build and maintain.

Although energy purchases and sales are schduled, actual purchases and sales may differ because of transmission interruptions, generation outages, and schedule changes. Not only do we operate during peak hours, we also have the ability to respond to power supply related emergencies 24 hours per day. Changes in delivery require reconciliation and agreement with buyers, sellers, and control areas on actual amounts. We prepare summaries of scheduled and actual amounts for each transaction and reach agreement. We also provide summaries to our clients so that their accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting is easier.
