Albert Bartsch, Vice President and Corporate Secretary - Emeritus
Joining the firm in 1991, Albert D. (Al) Bartsch served clients ranging from small towns to Fortune 100 companies. From 1995 through 2003 he served as project manager for the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Agency. From 1999 until his retirement, he served as the firm’s corporate secretary.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bartsch held a series of management positions with Otter Tail Power Company in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

A native of Rugby, North Dakota, he earned his BS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Mr. Bartsch currently resides in Oregon.
